AskRandy is an operating division of Golden Oak Enterprises Inc. By requesting a service, you agree to the following terms.

Advisory scope

Services may include reviewing quotations, product information, installation descriptions, warranty terms and related project materials. Advice is based on the information provided and professional industry experience.

Service availability and preliminary opinions

We welcome inquiries across Canada. Paid services are available only where confirmed before payment. A preliminary opinion may draw on Alberta industry practices and the supplied documents; it does not establish that an out-of-province project meets local requirements. The agreed scope is shown before payment. Applicable taxes depend on the legal place of supply, not the standards used as a reference.

Important limitations

AskRandy does not provide engineering, architectural, legal, building-code inspection or contractor-performance guarantees. A document review is not a physical inspection unless a separate written service specifically says otherwise. The client remains responsible for the final purchasing and contracting decision.

Fees and work authorization

The scope, price and expected timing will be confirmed before paid work begins. Fees are generally non-refundable after substantive review work has started.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for obtaining any permits, engineering, professional inspections or legal advice required for your project.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Golden Oak Enterprises Inc. arising from an AskRandy advisory service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
